At Brazzers Toys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases, which is why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel and accessories are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your customer portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to your local authorized carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
